We are pleased to inform you that “Cumbria Yoga” will be placing some yoga on prescription sessions in our area, please see attached poster for more details.
Patients will need to contact the practice for us to complete a referral form, however, we can also text or email the form for you to complete yourself. Once the referral is received & triaged they will contact you with an invitation to their sessions.
