  3. Contact us via the NHS App

To request a House visit:

To request a home visit, it is helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible and before 10.00am on 016973 42254.

How We Respond to Your Request for an appointment

We review all patient requests on the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a response within one working day letting you know:

  • How your request will be managed
  • Whether you need an appointment
  • When you can expect to be seen or treated

This means you will know on the day what the next steps are, even if your appointment is not the same day.

If You Contact Us Online

Your request will be reviewed by a clinician.

  • If you need a routine appointment, we will usually contact you by text with booking information.
  • If we need to speak to you to arrange an appointment, we will call you.
  • If your issue can be managed with advice, a prescription, or another action, we will let you know.

Urgent Problems

Please do not use the online consultation for Urgent Problems. Call us via phone or seek advice from 111.

If you need immediate medical help, call 999 or attend A&E.
