We recognise that frustrations can arise at times. Nationally, general practice continues to face unprecedented demand and increasing system pressures. While media attention often focuses on how busy A&E departments are, there is less recognition of just how busy general practice is, delivering the vast majority of NHS patient contacts every day.
Despite these pressures, our entire team, clinical and non-clinical, works extremely hard to provide a safe, efficient and caring service to our community.
